Description

The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Washington intends to enter into a sole-source purchase order with Carnegie Mellon University, 107 Margaret Morrison, Carnegie Hall, Pittsburgh, Pa. This is order is for Membership in the Advanced Building Systems Integration Consortium (ABSIC), for 1 Year. SIC 8221. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. The Government will consider all responses with 2 days after publication of this synopsis.
