Description

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) intends to issue a sole-source purchase order to The Palace Hotel, 2 New Montgomery Street, San Francisco, CA 94105. The purchase order is for the purpose of obtaining a block of rooms and adequate conference space to accommodate USPTO during the 19Th Annual Conference of the Trilateral Offices from November 1, 2001 through November 9, 2001. The USPTO will award this action on a sole-source basis pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. This is not a Request for Proposals nor will one be available. See Numbered Note 22.
