Description

Contractor to provide, labor, supplies and materials, for phone system at Ford Building, 1024 Dodge Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68102. Work includes: (1) providing 1 each ISDN PRI T1 trunk with 23 direct in/out dial (DIOD) circuits and one D channel, (2) To be terminated on a Telrad 400 series PBX at the Ford Building. (3) Long distance vendor shall be MCI with a PIC Code of 1010222 for both inter and intra LATA. (4) Termination shall be made in the telephone room on the first floor of the Ford Building where the Telrad PBX currently resides. (5) Vendor shall provide a block of 300 each DID (direct inward dial) sequential telephone numbers. Solicitation number Q6063010016, NAICS 334210.
