Description

This is a notification of sole source procurement for the Marine Corps Air Station located at Yuma, Arizona utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Marine Corps Air Station intends to issue a sole source contract to AIL Systems Inc., 455 Commack Road, Deer Park, NY 11729, for the refurbishment and certification of the V Fin Antenna, P/N DMCNI11-3-3, NSN 5985-01-336-3965. The proposed contract action is for an item the Government intends to solicit with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract award based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
