Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Memphis is seeking to identify potential sources providing a ENDOCARE Cryosurgery System Model #CRYO-2O and Urethral Warming System -- Model #CRYO-61 BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. If providing EQUAL product, potential sources should include all technical and descriptive literature including specifications. All potential sources should provide equipment warranty information, accessories, bio-med training availability, services/operator's manuals. All sources capable of providing this equipment should submit responses to the Contracting Officer by close of business July 6, 2001. The government will not incur any costs associated in response for any information submitted for this "sources sought".
