Description

This is a modification to Synopsis/Solicitation No.=20 SB1341-01-Q-0511, advertised on June 22, 2001.***The following changes shall apply to the synopsis/solicitation:***Sec. 1.1 (Technical Spec):***Reads a rigging max dimension of 60 inches X 88 inches and IS CORRECT.***Sec 3.3.12:***CHANGE: The controller shall be capable of interfacing with an external source via RS-232 port to receive part geometries. TO READ: The controller shall be capable of interfacing with an external source via RS-232 port to receive NC programs/G-Code.***ADD: The post-processor for the Offerors controller shall be readily available to perform these functions. The Offeror shall identify the post processor required to perform these functions to the Government. Procurement of the post processor is the responsibility of the Government, however the Offeror is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided the Government for this purpose. The Government uses Master-Cam in this facility.***Table 1, section entitled Spindle***DELETE: Spindle Orientation -- The controlled spindle shall be positioned to 0.1 resolution.***The RESPONSE DATE IS HEREBY CHANGED from July 9, 2001 to July 11, 2001.***All other specifications, terms and conditions remain unchanged.
