Description

Purpose of this project is to install an exterior metal stairway leading from the existing upper leve of the bilevel office building; install exit door onto the metal stairway; and install roof dormer to protect the stairway from sliding snow. Also includes installation of an exterior window that will double as an emergency egress window from the lower level of the office. Project is located at the Pagosa Springs District Office, Archuleta County, CO, San Juan National Forest. Contract time is 60 calendar days. Estimated bid range is between $25,000 and $100,000. All responsible sources will be considered by the agency.
