Description

Purpose of this project is the demolition/removal of existing interior walls and doors. Furnish and install new Visitor Information Service counter, accessible bathroom fixtures and hardware, new interior doors and exterior entrance door, and new exterior accessible ramp/porch with concrete sidewalk. Remove exterior windows and replace with new wood windows. Project is located at the Creede District Office, Mineral County, CO, Rio Grande National Forest. Contract time is 60 calendar days. Estimated bid range is between $25,000 and $100,000. All responsible sources will be considered by the agency.
