Description

In accordance with Part 13 Simplified Acqisition Procedures (SAP, the National Park Service intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Joint Operations Center Guards and Handrails. The work consists of the fabrication and installation of interior and exterior metal guards and handrails and related items for the Joint Operations Center and the La Trinidad Counterguard at Fuerte San Cristobal in San Juan National Historic Site. Fuerte San Cristobal is located in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, at the intersection of Caile Norzagaray and Avienda Munos Rivera. This is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)Code is 23599. The size standard is $7.0 million. There will be a pre-bid conference held on July 24, 2001 at 9:00 am (eastern time) at the San Juan National Historic Site. All interested parties are encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference. The price range for this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The period for completion of all work for this project after receipt of Notice to Proceed is 121 days.
