Description

This requirement is in support of the Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, the work includes interior and exterior renovation, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, lead abatement, painting of exterior and interior surfaces, and incidental related work. Asbestos and lead paint removal is anticipated. The proposed contract is unrestricted, the NAICS Code is 233320 (SIC 1542) the size standard is $27.5 M. The estimated cost range is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. Plans and Specs will be available on or about 19 July 2001. Bid Opening Date will be on or about 21 August 2001.
