Description

Maintain, Repair and Alter VOQ Building 206, Project JLSS 94-0006A/B/C. Proposals will be evaluated pursuant to FAR 15.101-1, Tradeoff Process. Evaluation factors will be set forth in the Request for Proposal. "Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date." Work includes, but not limited to interior and exterior painting, interior demo, asbestos abatement, new partition walls, interior finishes, fire sprinkler system, elevator, mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems, utility extensions, exterior includes demo of asphalt shingle roof and replacement with metal roof system, asphalt driveway and parking area, demo existing building finish and install new brick veneer and EIFS, new two-story addition and two exterior stair towers with brick veneer. All work to be under single lump sum firm fixed-price contract(s). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered as the solicitation will be issued under full and open competition. A non-refundable charge of $84.00 is required to obtain the solicitation. Solicitation to be available o/a 6 Jul 01. The estimated cost range and performance period for this project is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 with a 270 calendar day performance period after receipt of NTP.
