Description

Proposals are solicited for upgrading of an existing HVAC System for the Paraloft building located at the Redmond Air Center in the city of Redmond Oregon. Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and disposal of designated piping, ducting and specialities; work further includes the installation of three roof mounted air conditioners with gas heat with all associated piping, ducting, ventilation, controls and electric work in accordance with current applicable codes and regulations. Work will also include the testing, adjusting and balancing of the completed system. Work is expected to begin on or about October 1, 2001 and must be completed within 120 calendar days. Estimated Price Range: Between $100,000 and $250,000. 20 percent bid guarantee, 100 percent performance bond and 100 percent payment bonds will be required. This is 100% Hubzone Set-aside. Issue date of solicitation will be July 17, 2001.*****
