Description

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision for the Building 11 restroom renovation at the USDA, ARS, Southern Plains Agricultural Research Center, College Station, Texas. The work includes, but is not limited to removal of existing restrooms to include demolition of all interior finishes, new gypsum board, new ceiling tile and grid, flooring, paint doors, toilet partitions and accessories, mechanical, electrical and plumbing modifications. IFB to be issued o/a July 12, 2001, with opening date 30 days later. Requests for the plans and specifications may either be mailed, faxed, or E-mailed.
