Contractor to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, materials, and other incidentals, except for specified Government furnished property to perform maintenance and new construction to an existing warehouse and wareyard in accordance with the specification and drawings herein.. Work under this purchase order is located in San Miguel County, Colorado, as shown on the drawings. The Project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a 100% small business set-aside. A performance period of 45 calendar days has been established. With an estimated start date of September 4, 2001.
