Description

This project includes, but is not limited to, providing all the labor, materials, and supervison to clean, repair, point and replace brick & limestone masonry on various walls of Building 2 north and east elevations and on the southwest face of the west entrance portico of Building 1 of the Battle Creek Federal Center. Additionally to include as part of the work is inspection of window and door openings in work areas. Bid Option 1 consist of: Clean, repair, point and replace masonry at various locations of Building 2 west elevation. Also to include inspection of window and door openings in work in areas. Bid Option 2 consist of: Clean, repair, point and replace masonry at various locations of Building 2 east elevation. Also to include inpection of window and door openings in work areas. This procurement is open to all business concerns. The North American Industry Code Classification System (NAICS) is 235410 (formerly SIC 1741) with a size standard of $11.5 million. The estimated cost range for this project is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00, including base & both options. On-site visit is recommended. The Solicitation will be posted on or about July 20, 2001. GSA is issusing this solicitation electronically only. Interested parties may access the solicitation via the FedBizOpps at http://www.eps.gov. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and drawings. It is also the offerors responsible to monitor the site for possible amendments and/or additional information.
