Description

Modernization of the systems controls for all building elevators (4 passenger and 1 freight car) including upgrade of the dispatch and motion control systems in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and current building codes. Upgrades shall bring the elevators up to current seismic codes, with the exception of structural modification to the buildin g. The NAICS is 235950 with a size standard of $11.5 million and the estimated cost range for this project is between $1,000 ,000 and $5,000,000. GSA will issue this solicitation electronically only.
