ONLY PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE. Description of Work: The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, material, equipment, appliances and supplies required for construction of (1) Five story climbing tower training facility and (2) Shelter. The estimated cost range of the project is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. Network Analysis will not be required. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" (Public Law 100-656). This solicitation will be issued and made available on or about July 16, 201.
