- South Fork Groundhog Creek project on the Willamette National Forest, Middle Fork Ranger District, Lane County, Oregon. Work consists of the removal and replacement of culvert. Estimated start work date is September 4, 2001. Estimated issue date will be July 17, 2001. Contract performance time is 90 calendar days. Government's estimate is between $ 250,000 and 500,000. This proposed procurement listed herein is set-aside for HUBZone firms in accordance with the Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Act of 1997. See Note 27.
