Description

The work includes furnishing all labor, transportation, supervision, material and equipment for replacement of two sets of drill hall exterior doors at locations "A" & "B", at the Naval & Marine Corps Reserve Center, Kansas City, MO. All panic exit hardware installed shall be UL listed and have a 3-hour rating. NOTE: New doorframes, mullions and doors shall be factory painted. Color chart shall be given to the contacting officer's representative (Jerry Trudell) to determine the selection. Contractor shall have salvage rights to old doorframe, doors and hardware. The only exception shall be the lock cylinders; they are to be reused on the new doors that are going to be installed. At the end of each workday, each doorway opening, at each location must be secured against the elements of nature and have a security barrier in place, to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering the building. The work shall be performed at the Naval & Marine Corps Reserve Center, 3100 East Brush Creek, Kansas City, MO.
