Description

This project is unrestricted. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment required for complete construction of the approximately 8,830 square meter "OFFICE BUILDING". Work includes construction of a steel framed building with composite metal panel and concrete masonry unit exterior, containing, but not limited to offices, conference rooms, computer equipment rooms, and incidental related work. Site work includes grading, paving, utilities, landscaping, and incidental related work. The solicitation will be loaded onto the world wide web no earlier than 11 July 2001. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 233320 -- $27M. A proposal due date and a site visit date will be identified in the solicitation. The estimated cost of construction is over $10,000,000.00. Award will be based on price and other non-price factors, all considered equal in importance. Information submitted should be pertinent and specific in the technical area under consideration, on each of the following qualifications: (1) Relative Experience, (2) Past Performance, (3)Small Business Subcontracting.
