Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, 265 Peachtree Street, NE, Atlanta, GA for the rental of audio-visual equipment. The contractor shall provide audio-visual equipment during the EEO Diversity Conference on July 16 -- 20, 2001. Audio-visual equipment needs include: (1) 19-Degree Source 4 Elipsoidal Qty-4; (2) 6-Channel Dimmer Board/Power Pack Qty-1; (3) Broadcast Video Camera Qty-1; (4) Panasonic MX50 Digital FX Switcher Qty-1; (5) SVHS Recorder Qty-1; (6) VHS Tape Qty-2; (7) Microphone/Standing Podium Qty-9; (8) 4-Channel Mono Mixer Qty-6; (9) Dynamic Mic/Floor Stand Qty-1; (10) Flipchart Easel/Pad/Markers Qty-12; (11) 3M Standard Overhead Projector Qty-1; (12) Laptop Computer w/Microsoft 2000 Qty-13; (13) LCD Projector 1024x768/Small Adjustable Rollcart/7' Tripod Screen Qty-13; (14) 3M Standard Overhead Projector/Small Non-Adjustable Rollcart/7' Tripod Screen Qty-3; (15) Large Rollcart/VHS Player/27" Monitor Qty-7; (16) 12- Channel Mixing Console Qty-1; (17) Microphone/Desk Stand Qty-5 (18) 6' Tripod Screen/LCD Projector (DLP Roadster)/Small Adjustable Rollcart Qty-1 (19) labor for Operating, Audio and Video Technicians. All responsible parties who can provide the above requirements shall submit written quotations by 5:00pm EST no later than 10 days from the published date of this synopsis. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, requests for solicitations will be considered non-responsive. Award shall be based on the lowest price to the government. All quotations shall include price(s); FOB point; a POC (name and telephone number); GSA contract number (if applicable); delivery date; business size; and payment terms. All quotations and questions must be submitted in writing via mail, facsimile or email. Quotes over 10 pages in total will not be accepted by facsimile. Verification of receipt of fax and email transmission is the sole responsibility of the contractor. If no responses are received, an award shall be made to Hyatt Regency Atlanta. =20
