Description

Single award contract from 8/1/01 to as late as 7/31/04 for Dept of Justice. Production of work assumed within 16 km (10 miles) of San Francisco, CA. Contract is for copying of legal case files. Approx. 10 to 25 (avg. 15) orders per month, for approx. 1 to 15 (avg. 1) copy (ies) of approx. 200 to 300,000 original pages per order, to be typically copied to final size of 216 x 279 mm (8-1/2 x 11"). Contractor must be open for business 24 hrs per day, seven days per week. Required contract operations include copy pickup, serial numbering of furnished originals, disassembly and hand-feeding of original documents, electrostatic, thermal or other black-only and four-color process copying (including on-site copying), xerographic output from furnished digital TIF files, storage/retention of Government documents for third-party reproduction, drilling, provision of legal index exhibit dividers, folders, three-ring binders, reassembly, binding and re-binding, insertion of originals into document protectors, binders or folders, and delivery.
