- Requirements type contract to provide noon meals for applicants processing through the San Juan PR MEPS during the base period 01 Aug 01 through 31 July 02 with four one year option periods. The estimated yearly quantity is 8,150 applicants. There is an average of 31 applicants daily with a maximum of 80 applicants daily. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. Telephone requests for copies of the solicitation will not be accepted. Solicitation will not be forwarded via FAX or email.
