Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to provide janitorial services at the following locations, Buffalo International Airport, Cheektowaga, New York, Niagara Falls Airport, Niagara Falls, NY and the Automated Flight Service Station, Cheektowaga, New York. The period of performance is estimated to begin on October 1, 2001, with a four (4) one-year option periods. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Economically Disadvantaged Companies located with a one hundred mile radius of each facility. The Sic Code is 7349. Companies that qualify should submit a letter of interest to the FAA, 1 Aviation Plaza, Jamaica, New York 11434, Attn: Lisa Brock-Floyd. Facsimiles will also be accepted at (718) 995-5685. All letters must be received by July 13, 2001. Letters received after July 13, 2001, and contractors outside area of consideration will not receive a response from the Government as to ineligibility. Offers will be evaluated on Past Performance, Key Personnel and Financial Capability.
