Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Impact Systems, Inc. This requirement is to provide NIMA with a Records Management solution that has been pre-certified by JTIC as a compliant Records Management Application (RMA) software system, and is compatible with Documentum software. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A written response shall contain clear and convincing evidence that the appropriate capabilities exist to fulfill this requirement. No questions will be entertained after 9 July 2001. See Note 22.
