Description

GENERAL REQUIREMENT: 1. The Contractor shall provide personnel to deliver social services at Army Community Service (ACS) Centers in Camp Casey/Area I, Yongsan/Area II, Camp Humphreys/Area III and Camp Henry/Area IV. The overall delivery of these services shall be in accordance with Army Regulation (AR) 608-1, Army Community Service Center, AR 608-75, Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP), and AR 608-18, Family Advocacy Program and established DoD guidance. The Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation and equipment, except as hereinafter designated Government-furnished property necessary to deliver services as specified in the Performance Work Statement. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement of the Solicitation. Location of services to be performed will be through out the Korean pennisula. 2. Invited Contractor status not authorized. 3. Period of performance is estimated to begin on 01 September 2001. 4. All responsible sources shall email to statenc@usfk.korea.army.mil to request and receive a copy of the Solicitation. Also Offeror(s) must request in a statement to request an email copy of the Solicitation. Please reference Solicitation DAJB03-01-R-0140, ACS Umbrella Service Contract. The Offeror(s) are responsible for providing an email address that can be replied to. The Government is not liable for email addresses that are not accessible. The Contractor(s) shall be responsible for insuring that the request be timely enough to receive a copy so its proposal can be mailed and reached by our office prior to the date and time of closing of the Solicitation. 5. The Solicitation is presently open. The Solicitation Closing date is 20th of July 2001. The Solicitation will not be extended due Offeror(s) failure to request Solicitation in adequate time to submit proposals on time. 6. Fax or email proposal are not acceptable. Proposal must be post marked NLT than 0800, 20th July 2001.
