Description

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, Center for Mental Health Services, through the Division of Acquisition Management, Program Support Center, intends to award a twelve (12) month simplified acquisition. The purpose of this acquisition is to support the identification and development of indicators, establish baseline data and create data tracking mechanisms for each of the 68 objectives outlined in the "National Strategy for Suicide Prevention: Goals and Objectives for Action" (NSSP). Offerors must show evidence of familiarity with the NSSP. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available approximately 15 days after issuance of this notice.
