Description

This action is to add 175,000 hours to the current Deputy Systems Acquisition (DSA) Omnibus contracts, DAAE07-99-D-S008, DAAE07-99-D-S009, DAAE07-99-D-S010, and DAAE07-99-D-S011, extending them from 398,154 to 573,154 hours. The contracts were awarded in June 1999 as five-year contracts; the contract terms have not expired. These additional hours are the minimum necessary to satisfy current Government requirements and eliminate a gap that would exist before the new competitive Omnibus contracts can be awarded at the estimated date of January 2002. The task orders resulting from these 175,000 hours will be competed among the current contractors stated above. These additional hours will provide necessary continuity of program support until the new competitive Omnibus contract awards can be made. dixong@tacom.army.mil
