Description

On Call Class III Cultural Resource's Studies, Central Arizona Project, Arizona. The Bureau of Reclamation proposes to enter into a contract for Class III Cultural Resource's Studies of up to 15,000 acres annually, but not less than 100 acres annually, in project areas under the juristiction of the Phoenix Area Office. Work required under this solicitation shall include but is not necessarily limited to the following: a) Preparing and submitting a research design, which will be followed to effectively translate broad research goals, with the information and data gathered from the task surveys; b) Performing Class III Cultural Resource Studies in specific project areas identified in task/delivery orders issued by the Contracting Officer, on an "on call" basis; c) Identifying, recording on site forms, mapping and photographing cultural resource sites; d) Preparing and submitting after action survey reports to the Government relative to each delivery order task completed; e) Evaluating cultural resource sites for eligibility for, and entry to the National Register of Historic Place; and f) Submitting survey and testing reports, monthly progress reports, and annual contract activity summary reports. The Government anticipates awarding an Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee type contract from this solicitation. This is a total set aside for small business firms. The NAICS Code for this project is 541720, and the small business size standard is $7 million. The solicitation will be available on or about July 16, 2001.
