Description

Preparation of a Biological Assessment (BA) for Section 7 Consultation under the Endangered Species Act (of 1973). Contractor to furnish all labor, supervision, travel, equipment, supplies, materials, and other incidentals, to complete a thorough programmatic BA for four species of rare plants found in various locals throughout the state of Wyoming. The Project will assess impacts to the Blowout Penstemon (Penstemon haydenii), Ute Ladies=-tresses (Spiranthes diluvialis), Colorado Butterfly Plant (Gaura neomexicana ssp. coloradensis), and the Desert Yellowhead (Yermo xanthocephalus) for actions conducted on lands managed by or actions granted by the Bureau of Land Management -- in accordance with the statement of work. Work under this purchase order will take place throughout the state of Wyoming, possibly working with each of the ten BLM field offices. Contractor will need to have an extensive knowledge of rare plants in the northern great plains and prairies, and central and western Wyoming and provide a summary of such experience. The Project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a 100% small business set-aside. A performance period of 180 calendar days has been established.
