Description

This is notice to announce the intent to make an award to National Environmental Education and Training Foundation, 1701 H st, NW Washington, DC 2006 for the following : to allow FS to utilize its development of the innovative initiative utlizing an advanced on air and on line technology to increase public understanding of watersheds and their environment, to be prototyped in the Chesapeake Bay area. This initiative will help close the gap between science and society by bringing maps and pictures of watersheds and resports on watershed based conditions to the public through daily television weather reports. Responses received within 15 days after this publication will be fully considered if they contain clear documentation as proof of being capable and more advantages to the Government. This synopsis of intent to award a contractr shall not be considered a solicitation. Thus no contract award will be made on the basis of any response to this notice. NO phones calls accepted.
