- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service is seeking the services of a consultant to design and implement an employee satisfaction survey. The survey will be administered to all Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) employees (approximately 950 located nationwide). The data must be provided for accurate performance reporting on TIGTA employee satisfaction goals for the Government Performance & Results Act (GPRA). The consultant will be required to work with TIGTA to design and develop the survey questions, identify ways to increase employee's participation in the process, and summarize the survey data and provide written reports (s) on the results. The consultant will also assist TIGTA personnel in developing an action plan to address the issues that are identified. The Request for Quotation number is TIRNO-01-Q-00169. All firms interested in bidding on this requirement may submit a written request for the RFQ by 4:30pm EST no later than 15 days from the published date of this notice. The evaluation criteria are as follows: 1) Demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience in: a) developing, customizing and implementing web-based employee satisfaction surveys, b) interpreting the survey results and providing the data needed to report on employee performance measures (e.g., GPRA) and, c) providing written reports on the survey results that include comparative results from similar businesses, organizations (e.g., government entities, law enforcement organizations, etc., and 2) References: Bidders will supply a minimum of three references related to the evaluation criteria identified in Item 1. This is a 100% set-aside for small businesses. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose bid conforms to the RFQ and is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Requests for the RFQ and questions shall be submitted in writing via mail, facsimile or email. Verification of receipt of fax and email transmission is the sole responsibility of the contractor
