Description

The U.S. Secret Service intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis in accordance FAR 6.302-1 with Skytek, Inc. of Alexandria, VA. Skytek, Inc. has developed several proprietary components of the USSS Mobile Forensic Media Analysis Workstations. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement, on a full and open competitive basis upon receipt of responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. No formal solicitation package is available. Only written responses will be accepted and must be received within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this notice. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement. See Note 22 -- Please insert "10 days" in lieu of "45 days."
