Description

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is designated full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 421490 with a size standard of 100 employees. Although this is a full and open procurement it is requested that you identify whether you are a small or large business based on the information given in this announcement. To be a small business under this code a contractor must have an average employment, including the employees of its domestic and foreign affiliates, of 100 or less employees based on the number of persons employed on a full-time, part-time, temporary, or other basis during each of the pay periods of the preceding 12 months. Contractor must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration prior to award of this solicitation. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. The Government has a requirement for Global Positioning System (GPS) Equipment for GPS Tide Data Collection.
