Description

The Government intends to negotiate an Firm Fixed Price type contract for maintenance and chemical supplies for all Naval Base Swimming Pools, as required by Navy Public Works Center, Norfolk, VA. Request for Quotation (RFQ) to be issued approximately 10 July 2001. Proposed Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The resulting Purchase Order will be from the date of award to 30 September 2001 with four one-year options. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 5091. Offeror is hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available by downloading the documents at FISC Norfolk Website: www.nor.fisc.navy.mil/contracts/solicitations/default.htm or http://www.neco.navy.mil. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to so represent may be grounds for refusing to accept the proposal.
