Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, Rhode Island intends to acquire from Globe Motor Division on a sole source basis the following: Quantity -- 100 each Exploder Motor Assemblies in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 3238174. This sole source acquisition is authorized under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) Only One Responsible Source. Globe Motor Division is the only known source for these items. The motor itself is a source controlled item and Globe Motor is the only source qualified to build it. Simple Acquisition Procedures per FAR Part 13 will be used. Delivery will be FOB Destination Newport, Rhode Island 238 days after contract award. NAICS code is 335314, 750 employees. Our department no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
