Description

The U.S. Secret Service intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis in accordance FAR 6.302-1 with Nico Py rotechnix of Wilmington, North Carolina for Thunderflash device product #104-0520, 74/80 KM smoke non-toxic with fly off lev er product #102-4000, and 500 gram white smoke block product #102-2100. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement, on a full and open compe titive basis upon receipt of responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. No formal solicit ation package is available. Only written responses will be accepted and must be received within ten (10) calendar days of t he date of this notice. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announc ement. See Note 22 -- Please insert "10 days" in lieu of "45 days."
