Description

Contractor shall provide necessary labor, tools and equipment to perform inspection, testing, calibration and maintenance services of fire alarm devices and equipment in accordance with current NFPA Code requirements and specifications of the solicitation. Devices to be covered include, but are not limited to, fire extinguisher systems, pull stations, bells/chimes/lights, fire/smoke dampers, smoke detectors, water-flow valves and alarms, tamper switches, control panels and batteries. Period of performance shall be October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002. Solicitation will be available o/a June 29, 2001. Requests for solicitation must be in writing; faxed requests accepted at 713/794-7869. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by this agency.
