Description

The purpose of this procurement is to develop a Windows-based Forest Survey Software Package to meet the data collection and analysis requirements for multiple resources in support of the Northwest Forest Plan. The Package will consist of two separate programs to be used to collect and analyze forest vegetation and physiographic data, including all trees, shrubs and herbs that are seedling size and larger; and are either merchantable or non merchantable, dead or alive, and standing or down.
