The Health Care Financing Administration intends to award under simplified acquisition procedures the following service HBCU Health Service Research Conference -- Improving Health Outcomes and Health Disparities on a sole source basis to Dr. Eleanor Walker,11107 Maiden Drive, Bowie, Maryland 20720. And host a Seminar entitled "Grants Writing Workshop for HBCU Mid Atlantic Region on a sole source basis to Dr. Mildred Dean Ofosu, If there are no affirmative written responses received withing fifteen (15) calendar days from the published date of this notice a purchase order shall be awarded. See Numbered Note 22
