Description

Replace Military Family Housing, Phase II at Lajes Field Azores, Portugal. The purpose of this sources sought is to seek the availability of competitors, therefore; those interested in turning in a proposal at the time of solicitation please contact Mrs. Meneses at 351-295-571483 or via e-mail maria.meneses@lajes.af.mil with the companies? name, Point of Contact and phone number by mid July 01. This project is for the construction of approximately 50 units with a performance period of 540 calendar days. The intention is to solicit by Nov 01 and award the project by March 02. The magnitude of this project is over 10,000,000. Performance Price Tradeoffs (PPT) procedures will be utilized for this procurement and proposals will be solicited on a firm fixed price lump sum basis. The Request for Proposal will be available for downloading and viewing at (EPS) Electronic Posting System ( http://www.eps.gov). All contractors interested in receiving notification of updates/amendments to the solicitation posted on the EPS are urges to enroll on the web site mailing list for this acquisition after solicitation is posted. Those contractors enrolled will be notified automatically of any changes made to the RFP through their e-mail address. No telephone request will be accepted.
