Description

The successful contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct shelters, restrooms, and to complete site work at the Pilar, Rio Bravo, and Taos Junction campgrounds at the Orilla Verde Recreation Area. This project includes the installation of Government furnished project monument and Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Emblem. Work under this contract is located in Taos County, New Mexico. Estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bonds are required as follows: bid bond -- 20% of bid price, payment and performance bonds -- 100% of contract amount.
