Description

Construction of individual water wells, individual water supply facilities, constructions and repairs of individual waste disposal facilities, community water and sewer service connections and rural water lines on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation, Dunn, McKenzie, McLean and Mercer Counties, North Dakota. Duaration of the contract for the Base Year will be from date of award to December 31, 2001 with two (2) Option Years. There is a non-refundable charge of twenty-five ($25.00) dollars for the solicitation documents. Project Magnitude for the Base Year plus the two (2) Option Years is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. The proposed acquisition listed herein is to award to an Indian-owned firm pursuant to the Buy Indian Act. The Indian Preference clause in employment and subcontracting is made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract.
