Description

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is soliciting quotations to provide ALS and BLS Ambulance Services for the VA Medical Center in North Chicago, IL. Must provide 24 hour/day service, 7-days per week. This procurement is for a period of one year with four additional one-year periods at the VA's option. All responsible sources may submit an offer. Requests for a hard copy solicitation must be in writing. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests for a hard copy solicitation must be in writing. A charge of $5.00 per hard copy is required. Checks are to be made payable to: DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS. No telephone requests will be accepted.
