Description

HQ Forces Command (FORSCOM), Army Atlanta Contracting Center (AACC) at Fort McPherson, Georgia intends to procure, using full and open competition, training, operations, exercise management support services for the HQ FORSCOM Joint Interoperability Division. The support services will require the contractor to provide Joint Tactical Air Operations (JTAO) Interface and US Message Text Format (USMTF)Programs; maintain the Joint Multi-Tactical Digital Information Link (TADIL) School (JMTS), the Joint Network Design Library (JNDL); provide Joint Tactical Information Distribution System (JTIDS) Network Design and Training Materials Configuration Management; provide Joint Systems Training Exercise (JSTE) Simulation Support Services for JSTEs and Field Training Exercise JSTEs. The AACC anticipates a firm fixed-price requirements type contract with a base period from 1 January 2002 through 31 December 2002 plus four one-year option periods. Performance of this contract will be at HQ Forces Command, Fort McPherson, Georgia, however travel to other sites is required in performance of the tasks requirements. Release of the solicitation is expected to be on or about 19 July 2001. A pre-proposal conference/site visit will be held at Fort McPherson Georgia on 26 July 2001.
