Description

The National Park Service (NPS) is offering for lease residential Quarters 2 (Quarters) at Fort Mason, Golden Gate National Recreation Area ("GGNRA", San Francisco, California. One year leases at fair market value are being offered for residential use only. Quarters are being offered by sealed bid pursuant to the procedures set forth in 36 CFR sec. 18.6. Bids are to be submitted to GGNRA Headquarters, Business Management Office, Fort Mason, Building 201, San Francisco, CA 94123, no later than 4:00 P.M., August 14, 2001, and must be submitted on the Bid Form provided by the GGNRA and pursuant to the instructions set forth therein. A copy of the Bid Form can be obtained by calling (415) 561-4729 or writing "GGNRA NPS /FORT MASON RENTALS/FORT MASON, BLDG. 201/SAN FRANCISCO,CA 94123". Highest bidder will be notified within three days of the bid deadline, and will be required to immediately thereafter to post deposits and sign leases. Occupancy is expected by September 1, 2001. An open house for inspection of the Quarters will be conducted from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, August 5, 2001. Additional information about the Quarters, their condition, and lessee responsibilities is set forth on the previously described Bid Form.
