Description

R -- USDA Rural Development intends to procure the following services: Investing escrow account balances which are maintained by the Agency for real estate taxes and insurance premiums for the Single Family Housing (SFH) loan program borrowers (currently approx 150,000 borrowers have been escrowed) and disbursement services (paper and electronic) for the purpose of paying the SFH borrowers real estate taxes and insurance premiums.
