Description

Pre-closing review of applications for mortgage insurance for single-family properties submitted by pre-direct endorsement lenders located throughout the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Homeownership Center. The contract shall be for a nine month period with a possible extension of two additional one month periods. Note 1 applies. NAICS code is 541990 ($5 million) The Request for Proposal (RFP) may be available on or after July 12, 2001. Requests for a copy of the RFP must be made in writing and may be submitted via facsimile to (215) 656-3453.
