Description

Contractor to provide all necessary labor, tools, and parts to provide wheelchair repairs for beneficiaries of the VA Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System, 4101 Woolworth Avenue, Omaha, NE 68105. Contractor must be JCAHO certified. The work consists of delivery, pickup, repair and return to VA beneficiaries of wheelchairs. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the terms and provisions of Part 12 Commercial Item, and Parts 13 and 15 of the FAR. The contract will be for a base period plus 4 subsequent option years, subject to availability of funds. RFP No. 636-46-01 has been assigned to this solicitation and will be available approximately July 16, 2001, and will be due back by approximately August 15, 2001. NAICS Code No 621999 All Other Misc. Ambulatory Health Care Services, with a size standard of $7.5 million has been assigned to this solicitation. This procurement is 100% small business set aside.
