Description

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency plans to issue a sole source research and development IDIQ contract with General Atomics in support of therminoics theory validation. The objective of this research is to advance the state of the art in thermionic power conversion in the United States, develop high performance and highly reliable thermionic converters that provide high output power per unit of system mass, and demonstrate the capabilities of these converters. The IDIQ contract will have a five year ordering period and is estimated to be awarded by 25 September 2001. All questions must be submitted in writing to the address and POCs contained herein.
